STUDIO RULES & GUIDELINES

Love Yourself Creatives Studio SATX & Haven Loft Studios

These Studio Rules & Guidelines exist to protect the space, our team, our members, and our community.
All clients, members, guests, and vendors must follow these rules at all times while on the premises.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your session without refund, loss of membership privileges, or permanent ban from the Studio.

1. APPROVED USE OF THE STUDIO

The studio is intended for professional, creative, and business-related use, including:

  • Photography & videography

  • Brand, product, and editorial shoots

  • Educational content, workshops, and meetings

  • Podcasts and interviews

  • Family, lifestyle, and commercial content

❌ Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sexual activity of any kind

  • Explicit, pornographic, or fetish content

  • Escort, dating, or adult entertainment productions

  • Nude or sexually explicit performances

  • Content intended to arouse or simulate sexual acts

  • Music videos or productions involving explicit themes

  • Any activity that violates community standards or local laws

The Studio reserves the right to determine what constitutes inappropriate or prohibited content.

2. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

  • Respectful behavior is required at all times

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or disorderly conduct is not tolerated

  • Harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal

  • The Studio may end any session that makes staff or neighbors uncomfortable

3. SELF CHECK-IN & ACCESS

  • This is a self check-in studio

  • Access codes are issued for registered bookings only

  • Codes must not be shared

  • Only approved guests may enter the studio

Unauthorized access or misuse of access codes may result in immediate termination and loss of future booking privileges.

4. BOOKED TIME & OVERTIME

  • Sessions begin and end exactly at the scheduled time

  • Setup and cleanup must occur within your booked window

  • Staying past your scheduled time is not permitted without approval

Overtime

Remaining in the studio beyond your booking time may result in:

  • Automatic overtime charges

  • Loss of membership privileges

  • Suspension of future bookings

5. CLEANUP & RESPECT FOR THE SPACE

You are responsible for leaving the studio exactly as you found it.

This includes:

  • Returning furniture and props to their original positions

  • Disposing of trash in provided bins

  • Removing all personal items, props, and set materials

  • Turning off lights, equipment, and music

Failure to reset the space properly may result in cleaning fees, loss of booking privileges, or both.

6. GUEST LIMITS

  • Standard sessions allow up to 15 people

  • Additional guests must be approved in advance

  • Overcrowding is not permitted

Unauthorized guests may result in session termination without refund.

7. NO SMOKING, DRUGS, OR ALCOHOL

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Smoking or vaping (indoors or near entrances)

  • Alcohol consumption

  • Illegal or non-prescribed substances

  • Open flames or hazardous materials

Violations may result in immediate termination and permanent ban.

8. NO SEXUAL ACTIVITY

Sexual activity of any kind is strictly prohibited, regardless of consent or privacy.

This includes:

  • Physical sexual acts

  • Simulated sexual behavior

  • Sexual use of furniture, props, or sets

Violations result in immediate termination without refund and may include additional penalties.

9. PET GUIDELINES (IF APPROVED)

  • Pets require prior approval

  • Pets must remain supervised, leashed, or crated

  • Any mess or damage must be cleaned immediately

  • Pet-related damage or odors will be charged to the booking party

10. DAMAGE & MISUSE

You are financially responsible for:

  • Damage to furniture, props, walls, floors, or equipment

  • Excessive wear, stains, or misuse of studio assets

  • Damage caused by guests, children, or pets

Intentional misuse may result in permanent ban from the Studio.

11. ENFORCEMENT & REMOVAL

The Studio reserves the right to:

  • Monitor common areas for safety and compliance

  • End any session violating these guidelines

  • Revoke access codes at any time

  • Suspend or terminate memberships

  • Deny future bookings

No refunds will be issued for sessions ended due to rule violations.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By entering or using the Studio, you agree to follow all Studio Rules & Guidelines.
These rules are in place to maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for everyone.
