STUDIO RULES & GUIDELINES

Welcome to Love Yourself Creatives Studio SATX & Haven Loft Studios LLC (“Studio,” “LYC Studio,” “Haven Loft Studios,” “we,” “our”).
These Studio Rules & Guidelines are designed to maintain a safe, professional, clean, and welcoming environment for our clients, members, guests, vendors, neighbors, and creative community.
By entering, booking, or using the Studio, all clients, members, guests, and vendors agree to comply with the following policies at all times.
Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of your session without refund, overtime charges, cleaning fees, violation fees, suspension of membership privileges, denial of future bookings, or permanent removal from the Studio.
1. APPROVED USE OF THE STUDIO
The Studio is intended for professional, creative, educational, and business-related use, including:
Photography & videography
Brand, product, and editorial shoots
Podcasts and interviews
Workshops and educational classes
Meetings and business gatherings
Family, lifestyle, and commercial productions
Social media and marketing content
Approved micro-events
PROHIBITED USE
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Sexual activity of any kind
Explicit, pornographic, fetish, or adult content
Escort or adult entertainment productions
Simulated sexual acts or sexually suggestive performances
Nude or sexually explicit productions
Vulgar, offensive, or illegal productions
Content intended to imitate or promote sexual activity
Any activity violating local laws, building regulations, or community standards
The Studio reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes inappropriate or prohibited content or conduct.
2. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
All guests and clients must maintain respectful and professional behavior at all times.
The following are not permitted:
Harassment or intimidation
Aggressive or unsafe behavior
Excessive noise or disturbances
Disruptive conduct
Behavior negatively affecting neighboring businesses or guests
The Studio reserves the right to immediately end any session creating an unsafe, disruptive, or uncomfortable environment.
3. SELF CHECK-IN & ACCESS
The Studio operates primarily as a self check-in facility.
Door codes are issued only to confirmed bookings
Codes may be sent up to 24 hours before your booking
Access codes are confidential and may not be shared
Only approved guests associated with the reservation may enter
Unauthorized access or misuse of access codes may result in immediate termination and loss of future booking privileges
Clients may arrive up to 10 minutes early to wait in the parking lot unless otherwise approved.
Peerspace and Giggster users must maintain communication through their respective booking platforms.
4. BOOKED TIME & OVERTIME
Your booking time includes:
Setup
Production time
Breakdown
Cleanup/reset time
Sessions begin and end exactly at the scheduled reservation time.
Clients must fully vacate the Studio by the end of their booking time.
OVERTIME POLICY
Remaining in the Studio beyond your scheduled booking time without prior approval may result in automatic overtime charges.
Overtime is billed based on actual usage at the following rates:
$50 for up to 30 minutes
$100 for up to 60 minutes
Additional overtime may continue to be billed in 30-minute increments as necessary.
Failure to vacate on time may also result in suspension of future booking privileges or limitations on future bookings.
5. CLEANUP & RESET REQUIREMENTS
Clients are responsible for leaving the Studio in the same condition it was found.
This includes:
Returning furniture and props to original locations
Disposing of trash properly
Removing personal belongings and set materials
Cleaning spills or messes immediately
Turning off lights, equipment, and music
Respecting seamless paper and specialty sets
CLEANING FEES
Additional cleaning charges may apply for:
Excessive trash or mess
Glitter, confetti, powder substances, or stains
Smoke residue or odors
Damage to furniture, props, walls, or floors
Failure to reset the Studio properly
A minimum $100 cleaning fee may be charged if the Studio is returned in poor condition.
Items left behind for more than 7 days may be discarded.
6. GUEST LIMITS & EVENTS
Standard studio rentals include up to 15 guests.
Additional guests must be approved in advance.
Additional guest fees may apply:
$10 per additional person
OR $100 flat event fee (whichever is greater)
Unauthorized overcrowding or unapproved guests may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. PROHIBITED ITEMS & ACTIVITIES
To maintain a safe, professional, and family-friendly environment, the following are strictly prohibited anywhere on the Studio property:
NOT ALLOWED AT THE STUDIO
Alcohol or alcoholic beverages
Smoking or vaping
Illegal or non-prescribed drugs
Open flames or candles
Hookahs or smoke devices
Glitter, confetti, or powder substances
Weapons or hazardous materials
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior
Explicit, vulgar, or sexually suggestive productions
Nudity or sexual activity
Unauthorized parties or nightclub-style events
The Studio is located within a shared commercial property and all guests must respect neighboring businesses, common areas, parking regulations, and surrounding tenants.
VIOLATIONS
Violations may result in:
Immediate termination of the booking
Removal from the premises
Cleaning or damage fees
Suspension or permanent ban from future bookings
A $250 violation fee may apply for prohibited substances, smoking, vaping, alcohol, or hazardous activity violations.
8. MICRO-EVENT POLICY
The Studio may accommodate small private gatherings and creative micro-events with prior approval.
APPROVED MICRO-EVENTS MAY INCLUDE:
Brand launches
Networking events
Content creator meetups
Workshops or classes
Small business pop-ups
Panel discussions
Bridal showers or baby showers
Professional mixers
Styled dinners or creative experiences
Wellness events such as yoga or Pilates
MICRO-EVENT REQUIREMENTS
All events must be approved in advance
Standard occupancy limits apply unless otherwise approved
Additional guest fees may apply
Tables, chairs, decor, and vendors must be approved if applicable
Setup and cleanup must occur within the reserved booking time
Music must remain at reasonable levels
NOT ALLOWED FOR MICRO-EVENTS
The following are NOT permitted:
Alcohol service or consumption
DJs, club-style events, or loud parties
Security-required events
Ticketed nightlife events
Events exceeding approved occupancy
Hookah, smoking, or vaping
Explicit entertainment or performances
Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, or pyrotechnics
Events extending beyond approved operating hours without written approval
The Studio reserves the right to deny or cancel any event that does not align with the Studio’s environment, brand standards, building regulations, or operational capabilities.
9. NO SEXUAL ACTIVITY OR EXPLICIT CONTENT
Sexual activity of any kind is strictly prohibited, regardless of consent or privacy.
This includes:
Physical sexual acts
Simulated sexual behavior
Explicit performances
Use of Studio furniture or props for sexual activity
Violations will result in:
Immediate termination without refund
Permanent ban from the Studio
Additional violation fees
A $300 violation fee may apply.
10. PET POLICY
Pets are welcome with prior approval.
PET REQUIREMENTS
Approval must be requested at least 24 hours before your session
Maximum of 3 pets per session
Dogs and cats are permitted
Other animals require written approval
PET FEES
A $15 per pet cleaning fee applies
Additional sanitation or odor removal fees ($50–$150) may apply if necessary
PET RULES
Pets must:
Remain supervised at all times
Be leashed, crated, or held when not actively being photographed
Be well-behaved and non-aggressive
Have clean paws before using furniture or fabric sets
Clients are responsible for immediately cleaning accidents, hair, waste, or debris.
Pet-related damage, odors, stains, scratches, or excessive mess will be billed directly to the booking party.
11. DAMAGE, LIABILITY & MISUSE
Clients and members are financially responsible for all damages caused during their booking.
This includes damage to:
Furniture
Props
Walls
Floors
Equipment
Seasonal installations
Backdrops or seamless paper
By using the Studio, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the premises.
Love Yourself Creatives Studio SATX and Haven Loft Studios LLC are not responsible for injuries, lost items, theft, accidents, or damages occurring during use of the Studio.
12. MEMBERSHIP RULES
All active members must also comply with the Membership Agreement and Rental Agreement.
Memberships are:
Non-transferable
Subject to monthly renewal terms
Subject to the same cancellation and overtime policies as standard rentals
Unused membership hours roll over while memberships remain active.
The Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for policy violations.
13. ENFORCEMENT & REMOVAL
The Studio reserves the right to:
Monitor common areas for safety and compliance
End any session violating Studio policies
Revoke access codes at any time
Deny future bookings
Suspend or terminate memberships
Charge cleaning, overtime, or violation fees as necessary
No refunds will be issued for sessions terminated due to policy violations.
14. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking, entering, or using Love Yourself Creatives Studio SATX & Haven Loft Studios LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all Studio Rules, Rental Agreement terms, and Membership Policies.
